Engineered Appraisals was founded in 2017 by Dustin Parks, with a commitment to providing reliable residential real estate valuations throughout Washington, quickly establishing a reputation for accuracy and service.
Generational
Engineered Appraisals is built on three generations of valuation expertise. Dustin is a third-generation appraiser, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Frank Seal who was both a respected real estate broker and appraiser, and his father, Raymond Parks,who continued the profession with integrity and precision. Today, Dustin and our family proudly carry that legacy forward, combining decades of experience with modern market analysis and reporting standards.
What began in Tacoma has expanded throughout the Peninsula and surrounding counties, serving clients across Kitsap, Pierce, Mason, and King County. With deep regional knowledge and a strong foundation in ethical, accurate valuation, Engineered Appraisals continues a family tradition rooted in professionalism, reliability, and community trust.
